Admitted Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is a practicing Solicitor (Principal) of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Professional and industry memberships, include the Auckland District Law Society, New Zealand Law Society, the Queensland Law Society, Auckland District Law Society, Brisbane Mining Club, Energy Resources Law Association, and Australian Institute of Company Directors (Graduate - GAICD).
Holds LLB and BMS (Finance) degrees.
